IKOS
IKOS stands out as the ultimate choice for both exterior facades and interior walls, offering adaptability to various architectural designs.
Crafted from expanded polystyrene (EPS), the IKOS insulating panel incorporates a non-flammable agent, ensuring fire safety. It features a structure composed of two die-cut galvanized steel G60 "C" section posts, available in either 20 or 22 gauge, spaced one foot apart.
Panel lengths are customizable to meet project specifications, and thickness options range from 2.3 to 7.8 inches.
MAKROS
MAKROS panels offer a durable solution for constructing ribbed slabs, seamlessly integrated into the compression layer to form a robust reinforced concrete diaphragm.
Crafted from expanded polystyrene (EPS), MAKROS insulating panels are specifically designed for use in mezzanines and roofs. They feature two 22-gauge G60 galvanized steel "C" section posts, spaced one foot apart. Their modular design allows for easy joining, creating cavities for the placement of prefabricated reinforcements using steel with specified strengths.
Additionally, these panels incorporate a fire retardant agent to prevent flame spread. Thickness options include 7, 7.8, 9.8, and12.5 inches.
HOLMAK
Holmak® is an enduring formwork system offering numerous advantages for constructing reinforced concrete walls with substantial continuous insulation. This innovative approach comprises molded pieces of high-density expandable polystyrene (2lbs/sqft) connected in parallel by sturdy polypropylene connectors. These connectors facilitate the creation of a cavity designed to accommodate reinforced concrete, ensuring heightened comfort indoors.
Our Holmak® system combines the robustness, mechanical strength, and longevity of reinforced concrete with the dual insulation provided by expandable polystyrene, both internally and externally. This system presents a rapid, straightforward, and environmentally friendly solution suitable for diverse climatic conditions, particularly excelling in regions prone to high temperatures and adverse weather conditions.
